With Formulas (36-32) $f_0=\frac{1}{2\pi RC}$ and (36-33), $f=\frac{0.5}{2-A_V}$

$A_V=\frac{10 k \Omega }{13 k\Omega}+1=1.77$

$f_0=\frac{1}{2\pi (22 k\Omega )(120 nF)}=60.3Hz$

$Q=\frac{0.5}{2-A_V}=\frac{0.5}{2-1.77}=2.17$
