As the capacitor and load are unchanged, the rate of change of the voltage on the capacitor is also unchanged at 20 V/s. However, in this case the time between successive peaks in the output voltage is equal to half the period of the input, which is 10 ms. Hence, the ripple voltage is now 10 ms × 20 V/s = 0.2 V, and therefore halved.
