$=0.7 \left(0.8\right)\left(1.2\right)\left(15 {lb}/{ft^{2} }\right) =8.06 {lb}/{ft^{2} }$

Since $p_{g}=15 {lb}/{ft^{2} } \lt 20 {lb}/{ft^{2} }$ ,then also
