Payments and Payment Processing

Validation

Holooly may require users of the Services to provide a valid method of payment (e.g., credit or debit card, etc.) tied to an account at a financial institution when they register for an account (to ensure users are able to make applicable payments to Holooly) or upon ordering products or services. If a method of payment is required, you are responsible for ensuring that a valid method of payment is associated with your Holooly account at all times (either the original method of payment or a replacement).

Holooly may store your method of payment and you hereby acknowledge and agree that Holooly may charge you for, and you will pay for, any charges specified on the Services and for any auto-extension associated with your account under the terms of use.

Holooly reserves the right to place you into collections if you fail to timely pay for the products and services ordered through the Services; collections may be done by Holooly or a third party on Holooly’s behalf. You also agree that we may, at our discretion, send your account to a collection agency, and recover our reasonable costs of collection from you, if you fail to pay all fees due and owing to Holooly.

For security reasons or to otherwise confirm a financial instrument or payment, Holooly may delay providing products or services even if such delay impacts a guaranteed delivery date.

Authentication
For extra fraud protection, we require 3D Secure cards to process payments.
It is an additional verification step that can be activated by the card issuer. Typically, the customer gets redirected to an authentication page on their bank’s website, and they enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to their phone.
Payment Authorization

By Purchasing any services or products provided on the Holooly website, you hereby grant authorization for Holooly to initiate recurring charges to the payment card you have provided for future payments in accordance with the specified period or billing cycle as outlined in the pricing page. This authorization encompasses all charges associated with the use of our services, including but not limited to subscription fees, usage fees, and any additional applicable charges.

This authorization shall remain in effect until you decide to cancel it, subject to the terms and conditions detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment information is accurate, up-to-date, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the authorized transactions.

Holooly is dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy of your financial information. Our payment processing procedures adhere to industry standards to protect your sensitive data. Your trust is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to maintaining the highest level of transparency and accountability in our payment processes.

If you wish to make changes to this authorization, including revoking it or updating your payment information, please refer to the Account Settings section on our platform or contact our customer support team for further assistance.

What can I do if the payment fails?

If you encounter payment failure during checkout, we have at least 2 payment providers available to process your payment. If one of them fails, the other will most likely work. In case both fail, please contact us for further assistance. Here are some common reasons for payment failure:

  1. Insufficient funds: This happens when the customer’s bank account or credit card does not have enough funds to complete the transaction.
  2. Issuer declined: This happens when the customer’s bank or credit card issuer declines the transaction for security reasons or due to suspected fraudulent activity.
  3. 3D Secure Authentication failed: This happens when the customer fails to authenticate themselves during the 3D Secure authentication process. Customers can always contact their bank to activate 3D Secure Authentication on their cards.
