Approach:

1.H_{0}:\sigma ^{2}_{1}=\sigma ^{2}_{2}, H_{A}:  \sigma ^{2}_{1} > \sigma ^{2}_{2}

2. \alpha = 0.05  ∂_{1}=n_{1}-1=16-1=15  ∂_{2}=n_{2}-1=18-1=17
