and [latex]t =10[/latex] mm Thus,

[latex]\frac{R_{i}Y}{Et}=\frac{\left(10 imes 205 imes 10^6 ight) }{\left( 190 imes 10^9 imes 10 ight)}=0.00107 [/latex]

and

[latex]\frac{R_{i}}{R_{f}}=4\left(0 .00107 ight)^3-3\left(0 .00107 ight)+1 [/latex]

Hence,

[latex]\frac{R_{i}}{R_{f}}=0.9967[/latex]
